Position Summary: A specialized Assessment Psychologist providing therapeutic and psychological care to children and adolescents, with priority given to individual and family well-being. Key Requirements: 1. Master's degree in Neuropsychology or child-adolescent assessment is mandatory 2. Clinical experience and assessment experience with vulnerable populations 3. Integration of psychological reports and multidisciplinary collaboration A nonprofit institution dedicated to delivering therapeutic, psychological, and professional services to children and adolescents—prioritizing individual and family well-being—seeks: ***\* Assessment Psychologist*****\*** **Mandatory: Completed master's degree or specialization (internship status acceptable) in Neuropsychology, child-adolescent assessment, child psychotherapy, childhood trauma, or related fields, with specialization in children and adolescents** · **Education:** · Bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in **Neuropsychology, child-adolescent assessment, child psychotherapy, childhood trauma, or related fields.** **Master's degree and studies focused on trauma, childhood trauma, complex trauma, vulnerable populations, or similar areas are mandatory.** · **Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable clinical experience and assessments with vulnerable populations.** · **Profile and Responsibilities:** \- Strong interpersonal skills when working with children, parents, families, and effective communication abilities. \- Administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychometric tests and assessment techniques. \- In-depth interviews with parents to explore the child’s health status, formulate conclusions, and explain assessment findings to parents. \- Preparation of comprehensive psychological and school reports, including diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. \- Ability to distinguish between cognitive impairments and academic performance. \- Extensive clinical knowledge and skills (working with children, adolescents, parents, school personnel, feedback delivery, etc.) \- Neuropsychological knowledge preferred (desirable). \- Basic knowledge of sensory-perceptual and motor functions. \- Conducting results-delivery meetings with patients, family members, and schools. \- Must possess tact and/or affinity to identify whether the information provided by the assessed individual is truthful and accurate, ensuring a proper evaluation while safeguarding relationships among the assessed individual, parents, and interpersonal dynamics. \- Diagnosis across cognitive, socioemotional, neuropsychological, and psychomotor domains. \- Administrative tasks, report preparation, result interpretation, test administration, etc. \- Capacity for self-evaluation and openness to continuous learning. \- Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment. · **Work Location (On-site):** Tecamachalco · Salary: Fixed monthly honorarium. · **Working Hours:** **\*Full-time or minimum schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM\*** **Monthly honorarium payment of $21,000\.00 deposited into bank account upon submission of honorarium invoice.** Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this channel.
