




**Job Mission** This position will be responsible for leading the creation and management of a new retail project, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer service. Your role includes coordinating imports, supervising customs regulations, managing distribution logistics with Nestlé MX to ensure timely deliveries, and collaborating in the execution of administrative tasks. Additionally, you will play a key role in store expansion and the development of marketing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue both in physical stores and online. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Responsible for managing expansion by conducting thorough screenings to identify and evaluate potential premium locations aligned with the business model. This involves analyzing factors such as demographics, competition, foot traffic, and visibility to select the best opportunities for brand growth in the market * Responsible for adapting selected locations for product sales, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and established design standards. This includes coordinating necessary modifications to the premises and supervising the implementation of design elements to ensure the store environment is attractive and consistent with the brand image * Responsible for product importation, ensuring compliance with all quality standards as well as Mexican market customs regulations and requirements * Responsible for supervising store managers and reviewing the administration and operation of each store. This includes closely monitoring sales figures across key revenue streams, ensuring appropriate strategies are implemented to maximize financial performance and improve operational efficiency across all stores * Responsible for managing accurate reporting on fiscal and administrative matters, as well as staffing needs for the stores. This involves maintaining smooth communication with relevant departments at Nestlé, ensuring compliance with all fiscal and administrative regulations, and facilitating the hiring of qualified personnel who meet company standards **What will make you successful?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related Engineering * Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or Marketing preferred * Advanced level of English – required * Experience in expanding and adapting new stores within the premium retail food services category * Experience in operating and administering stores within the retail food services category
