Monitoring Operator

Description

**Position Purpose** Ensure the company's operational and asset security by conducting real-time monitoring of Auto Venta units, facilities, and personnel using CCTV and GPS systems. This role is critical for preventing incidents, responding immediately to risk situations, and ensuring compliance with security protocols both in the field and at distribution centers. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor Auto Venta routes and operations at CEDIS via cameras and GPS. * Verify camera functionality before vehicle departure. * Confirm vehicle dispatch to assigned routes and operator assignments. * Record unit entries and exits in logbooks. * Execute response protocols for signal loss, camera failures, or on-route incidents. * Monitor arrivals of cash-in-transit vehicles (Panamericano) and detect risk situations. * Remotely accompany critical processes such as emergency settlements or ATM deposits. * Report any risky behavior detected on routes or at CEDIS. * Validate access for visitors, suppliers, or external personnel per security guidelines. * Prepare daily incident reports and event follow-ups. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Security, Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 1–3 years in monitoring, asset security, or fleet control functions. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency with CCTV systems and GPS platforms. * Incident response protocols. * Access control and logbook management. * Report preparation and interpretation of visual and georeferenced information. * Office software proficiency (Excel, email, databases). **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail and results-oriented focus. * Ability to react swiftly and make decisions under pressure. * Responsibility and ethics in handling sensitive information. * Effective communication and coordination across departments. * Teamwork, discipline, and commitment to security. * Availability to work rotating shifts and continuous monitoring schedules. **We Offer** * Job stability and career growth within Asset Security. * A dynamic environment equipped with advanced monitoring technology. * Continuous training on security protocols and tools. * Benefits compliant with local labor law. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Additional bonus.
