Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and develop reports and dashboards, translate business needs into analytical solutions and reports, and collaborate on SPM implementations. Key Highlights: 1. Design and development of reports and dashboards on commercial KPIs. 2. Collaboration with functional and technical teams on SPM implementations. 3. Translation of business needs into analytical solutions and reports. **Experience** * 1–3 years in report development, data analysis, or enterprise solution implementation. * Experience working with databases and SQL. * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, or similar). **Technical Skills** * SQL (intermediate/advanced) * Relational database management * Advanced Excel * Knowledge of ETL processes or data transformation * Desired experience in: * SAP Incentive Management / SAP Commissions * CaptivateIQ * Varicent * Salesforce * CRM/ERP **Skills** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Communication with business users * Problem solving * Ability to learn business processes * Teamwork * Autonomy and proactivity **Responsibilities** * Design and develop reports and dashboards related to: * Commissions and incentives * Commercial KPIs * Quotas and sales performance * Territories and commercial team results * Gather requirements from functional users and business areas. * Translate business needs into analytical solutions and reports. * Build queries and data transformations. * Validate data quality and integrity. * Analyze variances and support data investigations. * Document designs, logic, and business rules.
