Ensure resources and information are available for operations and administration. **DB Soluciones is looking for a BACK OFFICE professional in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------- BACK OFFICE Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Responsibilities: * Automate and standardize tasks to reduce delays and errors in internal processes. * Manage tax payments, inspections, and services for vehicle fleets. * Ensure that core departments (Operations and Administration) have the necessary resources and information to operate effectively. * Support accounting functions, expense control, documentation verification, and inventory control of books and supplies. * Deliver and collect confidential documents and information. * Perform confidential procedures upon request from Operations and/or Administration. * Submit reports on time and as required; attend to internal customers; report updates; manage services. Vehicle operation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours required. Work location: Coyoacán (near Av.
