Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations **GIPROCOMEX is seeking a Superintendent in Santa Cruz Del Monte \- Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***SUPERINTENDENT*** General Objective To guarantee the proper execution of the construction project on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, by coordinating human, material, and technical resources, as well as supervising contractors and suppliers to ensure full compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with the work schedule. * Coordinate and direct site supervisors, contractors, and operational staff. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor physical progress against the schedule (construction timeline). * Manage material resources, machinery, and labor. * Identify deviations and propose timely corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Validate construction estimates and progress reports. * Maintain constant communication with clients, external supervision, and internal teams. * Participate in construction meetings and prepare executive reports. * Ensure proper project closeout (deliverables, quality, and documentation). **Technical Knowledge** * Reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Construction scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Cost and budget control. * Construction and safety regulations (STPS, applicable NOMs). * Construction processes and quality control. Requirements: **Experience:** * 5 years in construction. * Minimum 3 years in a similar role (supervision or superintendence). * Experience managing construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial facilities).
