Description
We require a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely calculation, processing, and disbursement of employee payroll in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, and internal company policies. Prior experience in security companies is desirable. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation and calculation of payroll, earnings, deductions, income tax (ISR), and employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT).
* Managing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS via IDSE / SUA; processing and tracking IMSS medical leaves (ST-7, ST-9) and applying corresponding deductions or subsidies.
* Monitoring attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, medical leaves, permits, and vacations.
* Digital stamping of payroll receipts (CFDI) and ensuring proper digital certification.
* Calculating severance payments, settlements, and pro-rata amounts.
* Generating bank-disbursement reports for treasury (bank layout), reconciling payroll vs. accounting, archiving and safeguarding payment vouchers, submission acknowledgments, and all other payroll documentation.
* Preparing SAT reports and periodic filings (ISR, PTU, SIPARE). Comprehensive management of portals: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SIROC, REPSE.
* Addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding pay slips, earnings, deductions, and changes to salary policies or benefits.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field.
* **Junior Experience:** 1–3 years preparing payroll using the NOI system, handling over 1,000 employees.
* **Intermediate–Advanced Excel.**
* **Portal Proficiency:** SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SIROC, REPSE, IMSS portal, INFONAVIT portal, SAT portal.
* **Legislative Knowledge:** LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR — up-to-date knowledge applicable to the current fiscal year.

**WORK SCHEDULE:**
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday (possible remote work)
Salary: $15,000.00 MXN per month
