Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and abilities to resolve issues and attend to people and HR processes. Daily Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Internal customer service * Candidate follow-up * Job posting * Purchase of office supplies and stationery materials. * File organization Periodic Responsibilities: * Preparation of reports and presentations. * Internal and external customer service. We Offer: Base salary $9,800 + bonuses First month on-site; thereafter, work only two days per week at the office.
