Galeana 11, La Loma **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Your Mission** You will be a key player in operations, ensuring continuity of building services through proper management of **Hard (technical) maintenance** and **Soft (general services) maintenance**. You will serve as the direct liaison between the **Facility Manager** and on-site operations (technicians, vendors, and supervisors). **(Profile Key Requirements)** Proven experience in **comprehensive facility maintenance management**, including: **Hard Services (mandatory):** * Electrical systems * HVAC * Infrastructure maintenance * Critical equipment **Soft Services (mandatory):** * Cleaning * General services * Facility appearance and preservation * Coordination of service providers **Requirements** * Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering degree. * Minimum **1 year of experience in a similar role**. * Preferred experience in **distribution centers, industrial warehouses, and/or corporate buildings**. Knowledge of: * Supervision of minor construction and maintenance work. * Finishes, minor civil works, and general repairs. * Report preparation, cost estimation, and progress tracking. * Ability to interpret structural and installation blueprints. * Proficiency with basic inspection and supervision tools. **Responsibilities** * Supervision and coordination of **maintenance crews** and **technical supervisors**. * Management and follow-up of **vendors and contractors**. * Monitoring of maintenance activities, general repairs, and building services.
