Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Engineer or related professional for a full-time position focused on cost estimation, manufacturing process analysis, and quality control in the textile industry. Collaboration in improving manufacturing processes and quality control. **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Shift and Schedule:** Morning shift, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm **Requirements:** Textile Engineer or related field. **Mandatory Skills and Knowledge:** · Estimation of multi-style garment costs, including children's and youth apparel. · Determination of unit product costs. · Tracking costs following significant changes in products and processes. · Knowledge of textile substrates and materials. · Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. · Knowledge of time and motion studies. · Breakdown of operations. · Knowledge of binding tape consumption. · Consumption calculations / mini-patterns. · Supporting the Management Department in making key decisions based on cost-benefit analysis. · Forecasting and analyzing process costs; printing, embroidery, smocking, heat transfer, labor, and auxiliary operations. · Reviewing and comparing purchase orders with actual purchases. · Receiving customer orders in detail. · Supplier quality control (printing, embroidery, and smocking). **Skills:** · Attention to detail · Problem-solving · Analytical ability · Organized · Numerical aptitude · Communication skills · Good interpersonal relationships with coworkers · Creative · Fashion knowledge · Teamwork · Ability to work under pressure **Experience:** 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position **Desired Education Level:** Textile Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, or internship candidate **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
