We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience as a Construction Resident to supervise and execute residential housing projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and costs in accordance with the executive project. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily supervision and coordination of construction work. * Control of progress, quality, and adherence to the schedule. * Coordination of contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel. * Review and interpretation of architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Control of estimates, quantities, and material requisitions. * Compliance monitoring of safety and quality standards on site. * Physical and photographic progress reports. * On-site resolution of construction details. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Resident. * Proven experience in residential housing projects. * Knowledge of construction processes, finishes, and construction systems. * Ability to read and interpret drawings. * Proficiency in Excel and basic construction control tools. * Proactivity, organization, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of cost control and estimation.
