**TOP PERSONNEL GROUP** is working with a major Mexican company engaged in construction and renovation of real estate properties, which is currently seeking a Construction Control Analyst (Santa Fe, CDMX). **Key responsibilities include:** * On-site personnel management in coordination with Human Resources. * Recording physical progress of the project versus the schedule. * Review of progress estimates. * Supporting the preparation of administrative and financial reports. * Collaborating on the development of project closure forecasts. * Compiling information for monthly project closing. * Supporting internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction control for civil works, building construction, or infrastructure projects. **Knowledge** * Construction budgeting and unit price analysis. * Financial control, cost management, and estimation. * Quantity surveying (volumetrics). * Quantification.
