Job Summary: We are seeking a REPSE and social security compliance specialist to validate, monitor, and manage supplier and personnel documentation, providing support during audits. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in social security, labor compliance, and REPSE 2. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT 3. Proficiency with government platforms such as ICSOE and the REPSE portal ### **✅** **Key Responsibilities** * Validate and monitor suppliers’ **REPSE compliance** for specialized services. * Review and update monthly fiscal, labor, and social security documentation (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Upload information to official platforms such as **ICSOE (IMSS)** and the **REPSE portal (STPS)**. * Manage personnel files provided by suppliers (CURP, RFC, NSS, base salary for contributions, CFDI, etc.). * Support **internal and external audits** related to REPSE and labor compliance. * Prepare status, risk, and compliance reports for internal departments. * Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Human Resources departments to ensure aligned, risk-free processes. ### **Candidate Profile** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * **1–3 years** of experience in social security, labor compliance, REPSE, payroll, or auditing. * Solid knowledge of: + Federal Labor Law + REPSE and subcontracting of specialized services + IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT * Experience using **ICSOE** and government platforms. * Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with document management tools (SharePoint, ERP, or similar). ### **Key Skills** * Strong **attention to detail** and organizational skills. * Focus on compliance and document control. * Ability to manage regulatory deadlines. * Clear communication and collaborative work ethic. * Integrity, confidentiality, and strong sense of responsibility. ### **What We Offer** * Direct contract with the company for a 6-month project. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * On-site work for the first two months, hybrid arrangement starting in month three.
