Your position will be Generalist Human Resources Coordinator, and we require the following profile: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field. Desirable: Specialization in Human Resources and Talent Management. * 100% verifiable experience: Minimum 3 years leading HR departments, ideally in dynamic environments. * Knowledge of NOI, COI, Indeed, recruiting via LinkedIn and Facebook groups, as well as platforms for administering psychometric tests, DISC assessments, and other recruitment tools.
