Professional development plan **Junior Sales Executive (Trainee) – Telecommunications** **Reto Industrial**, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, seeks young talent interested in developing their career in the commercial area and growing within a technical and dynamic environment. **Position Objective:** Develop commercial skills through a structured training and mentoring program with senior executives, gaining experience in prospecting, customer service, and closing sales in the industrial and technology sectors. **Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza, Esmeralda Zone, and on-site with clients. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **IMPORTANT: Candidates must not have exclusively carrier-related work experience.** **Responsibilities:** * Accompany senior sales executives during client visits * Support preparation of quotations and commercial proposals * Follow up on commercial opportunities and pending items * Collaborate with internal teams in integrating technical proposals * Generate administrative project reports * Monitor accounts receivable status * Identify and develop business opportunities jointly with the senior team **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field * Intermediate English proficiency * Knowledge of networking, telecommunications, or technological solutions * SAP knowledge (Sales module) is desirable * Availability for fieldwork (medium frequency) * Organizational, commitment, and communication skills **Experience (Desirable):** * Experience or knowledge as a network solutions engineer/architect * Understanding of the technology and telecommunications market **We Offer:** * Mixed salary * Statutory benefits * Grocery allowance * Life insurance (2 policies) * Professional development plan **Note:** Once commercial skills are developed, a commission-based compensation scheme will be implemented (approximately after the first year).
