Ensures product quality, weight, and dimensions We are actively seeking your talent as a ***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Education: Incomplete or completed Industrial Engineering degree. Experience: 1 year managing operational staff. Availability to rotate shifts ***(7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, 11 PM to 7 AM)*** Residence near the Toluca Industrial Zone or easy commuting access. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \-Preparation of incident/accident reports and their corresponding action plans. \-Assignment of operational staff to their respective production lines. \-Occurrence reporting (absences, counts, tardiness, vacation control, leave requests, etc.). \-Verification of IDH per line, target production quantity, line-by-line verification, and release of corrugated material currently being produced on the line. \-Validation that finished products comply with correct packaging and customer quality standards. \-Supervision of finished product storage to ensure compliance with weight and dimension standards. \-Ensuring staff consistently adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout the workday. \-Preparation of production reports. ***OPERATIONAL COMPETENCIES:*** Line balancing, personnel management skills.
