**Position Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of the Distribution Center, guaranteeing the efficient execution of operational processes, compliance with performance indicators, resource management, and operational continuity, aligned with the company’s policies and objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the CEDIS’s daily operations (opening, closing, and operational continuity). * Implement and monitor the operational strategies defined by management. * Efficiently manage human, material, financial, and operational resources. * Guarantee the correct execution of receiving, storage, and distribution processes. * Supervise daily operational planning and compliance with timelines and standards. Resolve incidents with customers, pre-sales, Auto Sale, and other departments. * Ensure the application of good operational practices, safety, and order. Comply with and enforce the company’s instructions, policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes across all operational facilities. * Maintain constant communication with internal departments and management. * Prepare operational reports and monitor performance indicators. * Identify deviations and develop action plans for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related field (completed). * Minimum **3 years of experience** as Operations Manager, CEDIS Manager, or similar position. * Experience coordinating distribution centers or warehouses. * Knowledge of operational KPIs and administrative control. * Experience in process improvement and operational control. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of CEDIS operations and logistics processes. * Warehouse and logistics management. **Skills** * Leadership * Organization and decision-making. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Problem solving. * Working under pressure. **We Offer** * Salary up to $30,000 gross * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
