#### **About this Position** The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics area, with the objective of optimizing processes, reducing costs, improving customer service levels, and strengthening interdepartmental collaboration. This role is key to driving operational efficiency and service excellence, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. #### **What you´ll do** * Head of Logistics Network Development Main Responsibilities * Analyze and propose improvements to logistics processes, from reception to final delivery. * Evaluate customer service levels and propose corrective actions to enhance the experience. * Control and analyze logistics costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency. * Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvements. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. * Conduct analysis of logistics projects, evaluating their feasibility, impact, and results. * Handle large volumes of numerical data to generate insights and make informed decisions. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure effective implementation of initiatives. * Participate in regional continuous improvement projects, sharing best practices and learnings. #### **What makes you a good fit** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years in similar roles, preferably in service, logistics, or manufacturing industries. * Experience leading continuous improvement projects, process analysis, or performance indicator management. Technical Skills: * Advanced Excel skills, including databases, pivot tables, and complex formulas. * Advanced knowledge of SAP for logistics data analysis and management. * Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations. * Ability to work with numerical data and perform accurate quantitative analysis. * Advanced English. Soft Skills: * Analytical thinking and problem\-solving orientation. * Planning and organizational skills. * Customer\-focused and loyalty generation. * Effective communication and Team Work. * Continuous improvement mindset and results\-driven.
