**Prixz is seeking a Last-Mile Logistics Manager in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading e\-commerce company is seeking a **Last-Mile Logistics Manager**, responsible for ensuring fast, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries while leading daily distribution operations and a high-performing team. This role will play a key part in meeting delivery commitments (including same-day delivery), optimizing costs, and continuously improving operational processes. **Responsibilities** * Ensure on-time and in-full delivery, including same-day deliveries. * Optimize cost per order through operational analysis and logistics strategies. * Lead, develop, and manage a team of 70–80 people (delivery personnel, coordinators, and operational staff). * Plan and supervise routing, sorting, order assignment, and dispatch. * Monitor operations in real time and resolve logistics incidents promptly. * Coordinate reverse logistics (returns/debrief) and operational inventory control. * Design, document, and implement new processes (operational layout, routes, shifts, installed capacity). * Define and track performance KPIs and OKRs (delivery SLA, route efficiency, productivity, cost per order, service level). * Manage and evaluate external logistics providers. * Generate executive reports and data-driven continuous improvement plans. * Visit various distribution centers to oversee operations. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience managing last-mile operations, preferably in delivery or same-day customer-facing models. * Proven experience managing large teams (minimum 50 people). * Proficiency in routing, monitoring, and dispatch tools, as well as ERP and inventory management systems. * Strong analytical capability and orientation toward operational and financial metrics. * Operational leadership, results-driven mindset, and ability to perform under pressure. * Experience in process standardization and improvement. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience (MXN 25\-30k net monthly). * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Direct involvement in shaping the logistics operations of an expanding company. * A dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented work environment.
