Opportunity for learning and professional development We are looking for a **Process Intern** to support the documentation, analysis, and improvement of operational processes, contributing to operational efficiency and standardization within a dynamic environment focused on teleoperation of semi-autonomous vehicles and robots. **Responsibilities:** * Support documentation and updating of operational processes * Gather information from teams to map workflows * Identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities * Monitor basic operational KPIs * Support creation of reports and dashboards * Collaborate in implementing process improvements * Ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines * Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate information **Required Experience and Skills:** * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Interest in processes, operations, and continuous improvement * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency * Analytical skills and attention to detail * Task organization and follow-up capability * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactivity and eagerness to learn * Ability to work in dynamic environments **What We Offer:** * On-site work arrangement * Location: Metrobus Dr. Gálvez * Financial support: $8,000 * Opportunity for learning and professional development Salary: $8,000.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid remote work in Chimalistac, CDMX
