Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Capital Intern to support recruitment, personnel administration, onboarding, training, reporting, and performance indicator tracking. In our team, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated **Human Capital Intern** eager to learn and grow within the field. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, and candidate follow-up). * Assist in the integration and updating of personnel files. * Collaborate in onboarding and training processes. * Support the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of departmental reports. * Track performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Support the monitoring and analysis of key departmental indicators (KPIs). * Generate reports and improvement proposals based on data analysis. * Assist with administrative tasks in the Human Capital department. **What are we looking for in you?** * Student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Valid optional insurance (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (professional internships or social service) in Human Capital-related activities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Analytical ability and information management capability. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. **What benefits do we offer?** * Competitive stipend * Continuous training and practical learning * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Possibility of completing professional internships and/or social service * Flexible schedule aligned with your studies If you are eager to learn and develop your career in Human Capital, we’re looking for you!
