Job Summary: Design, integrate, and improve packaging structures and refine product designs to increase production and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Packaging structure design and improvement 2. Product design refinement to optimize production 3. Production cost reduction Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design Engineering. Knowledge and/or experience \- Manufacturing processes (primarily metalworking). \- Manufacturing topics. \- Blueprint interpretation and GD\&T usage. \- Technical drawing. \- Engineering materials. \- Safety and hygiene. \- PPAP and APQP. \- Dimensional metrology. \- ISO 9000 Quality Management System. \- Industrial design software (Autodesk Inventor Professional). The primary objective is to design, integrate, and/or improve packaging structure designs (e.g., racks, dollies, thermoformed components) while simultaneously refining product designs to increase production and reduce costs in accordance with customer requirements.
