Position Summary: Project coordinator for the development of architectural and engineering designs, ensuring high-quality construction free of errors. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural and engineering project design and coordination. 2. Development of executive projects with emphasis on quality. 3. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. **Position Objective:** To develop architectural designs and interdisciplinary coordination across all engineering disciplines to produce an executive project, thereby achieving high-quality construction free of construction errors. **Responsibilities:** Preparation of drawing scopes using checklists and content specifications for each drawing. Integration of disciplines and/or specialties involved in each project. Interdisciplinary coordination, review, and development of executive projects. Coordination and quality management of models. Preparation of architectural drawings and executive projects for industrial warehouses or ongoing projects. Drawing design using REVIT and support in AUTOCAD. Application of advanced REVIT knowledge. Development of designs according to client needs and requirements. Interpretation and quantification derived from drawings. Development of 3D project modeling to produce executive drawings for budgeting and construction. Execution of engineering and architectural projects within areas of expertise (urban, residential, commercial, and industrial). Field surveys and preparation of generators. Preparation of descriptive reports. Production of isometrics and plan drawings for projects. Collaboration in integrating concept catalogs for infrastructure projects. **Required Competency Description:** Project coordination for construction. Industrial warehouse and residential development projects. Machinery and equipment layout. **Experience:** 5 years of experience as a designer.
