Develop and manage a high-performing team while overseeing budget #### **About this Position** Please add a text and explain the position #### **What you´ll do** * The Team Manager Global Trade leads end‑to‑end Foreign Trade operations for LATAM, ensuring compliance, high service quality, and efficient execution across multiple countries. * This role oversees a regional team, drives process alignment, manages stakeholders at all levels, and supports global initiatives, tool deployments, and continuous improvement efforts. * The manager is accountable for service performance, risk mitigation, resource planning, and budget management while fostering a collaborative, high\-performing team culture. * Lead Global Trade / Foreign Trade operations for LATAM, ensuring compliance with regulations, FTAs, COO, and classification standards. * Manage day‑to‑day workflow, resource planning, and operational performance across multiple countries. * Drive process alignment, standardization, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. * Serve as the main point of contact for regional/global teams, Centers of Expertise, and cross\-functional stakeholders. * Oversee participation in global projects, tool rollouts, transitions, and control tower activities. * Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015\) and promote continuous improvement. * Manage budget and identify cost optimization opportunities.
