**Mandatory requirement:** Valid visa and availability to travel
### **Position Objective**
We seek an International Logistics Manager with strong, proven experience in exporting and importing perishable goods — essential expertise — capable of leading complex operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing the supply chain in key markets such as the United States and Canada.
### **Required Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Master’s degree (preferred)
* 8+ years of verifiable experience in international logistics and exports
* Solid experience handling documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance
* Direct relationship with customs agencies and logistics operators (especially in the U.S.)
* Experience handling perishable food products or the agro-industrial sector (highly preferred)
* Proficiency in export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, transport documents
* Experience managing shipments to the U.S. and Canada
* Advanced English (mandatory for continuous communication with international teams)
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise export shipments to the U.S. and Canada
* Manage international logistics operations end\-to\-end
* Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners
* Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
* Supervise and validate export documentation
* Monitor shipments and resolve incidents in real time
* Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, logistics)
* Analyze key performance indicators (costs, timelines, efficiency) and implement improvements
* Evaluate and monitor supplier performance
