REQUIREMENTS \* University graduate in International Trade, Logistics, Maritime and Port Administration, or International Business (not mandatory) \* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the Freight Forwarder, logistics, or transportation sector. \* CRM Salesforce proficiency. \* General knowledge of Dangerous Goods and controlled substances, Incoterms, and Customs Administration. \* Advanced level of English. \* Effective communication and customer service skills.
