This position is highly operational and involves managing day\-to\-day import and export shipments across different transport modes.* *The role requires hands\-on experience within a freight forwarding environment, as well as the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with international partners and clients.* **Key Duties:** * Manage shipment files from creation through completion within internal systems * Monitor and track import and export shipments (air, ocean, and ground) * Coordinate directly with carriers, airlines, transport companies, and overseas agents * Handle export bookings and follow up on confirmations * Keep clients informed regarding shipment status, timelines, and any issues * Prepare and review operational documentation (HBL, shipping instructions, billing requests, guarantee refunds) * Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution * Oversee timelines, costs, and compliance with internal procedures * Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field * At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding operations * Advanced English (professional working proficiency) * Intermediate Excel skills **Technical Knowledge:** * Import and export procedures * Incoterms * Coordination with international agents and vendors * Freight forwarding documentation (HBL, bookings, invoicing processes) **Core Skills:** * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments * Sense of urgency and follow\-through * Clear and professional communication * Results\-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure **What We Offer:** * Salary up to MXN $18,000 gross per month (based on experience) * Benefits in accordance with the law * Additional benefits: grocery vouchers ($2,000/month), 7% savings fund, major medical insurance, life insurance, and above\-law Christmas bonus * Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sueldo: Hasta $18,000\.00 al mes Escolaridad: * Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio) Idioma: * Inglés (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
