Therefore, we are seeking to hire a Commercial Logistics Advisor in Mexico City—results-oriented, business-minded, and focused on commercial performance. **Position Objective:** To develop and consolidate commercial relationships with importers and exporters by identifying opportunities and implementing integrated logistics solutions that generate value and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Design and promote international transportation solutions (ocean, air, and land). * Prepare competitive quotations and lead negotiation processes with suppliers. * Manage and strengthen long-term commercial relationships. * Coordinate with operational departments to ensure proper service execution. * Meet and exceed established commercial targets. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics / freight forwarding sector. * Active client portfolio required (Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma, Aerospace, Project Cargo). * Solid knowledge of international transportation. * Experience in freight quotation and negotiation. * Intermediate English (preferred). * CRM software proficiency. * Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. * Results-driven, proactive, and professionally responsible. **Employment Offer:** * Base net salary: $28,000 – $35,000 * Tiered commission scheme. * Continuous training and a professional development plan. * Genuine opportunities for internal career advancement. * A professional work environment with global reach. **Location:** Col. del Valle, CDMX **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00; shortened Friday **Benefits and Perks:** Major medical expense insurance, Savings Fund, Grocery and Restaurant vouchers, Corporate membership.
