Prepare quotations and follow up with clients **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking an Inside Sales professional in the Freight Forwarder sector.** As an Inside Sales Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening commercial relationships with clients and promoting international logistics and transportation services. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating cargo shipments. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. · Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or Inside Sales within the Freight Forwarder sector. · Knowledge of Incoterms. · Knowledge of logistics services. · Intermediate English. **Responsibilities:** · Support the sales executive in preparing and sending quotations to existing and prospective clients. · Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. · Use commercial CRM systems for lead and prospect capture and tracking—preferably Cargo Wise. · Generate sales with internal clients by contacting them to develop new business opportunities. · Manage appointment schedules and pending tasks with sales executives and the director. · Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or clients via phone or email to ensure proper service. · Perform administrative tasks relevant to the department. **We Offer:** · Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 gross per month. · Statutory benefits. · Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days’ compensation starting from the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Flexible schedule including some weekends.** **If interested, apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
