Tracking of commercial opportunities and sales closure **INSIDE SALES – LOGISTICS / FREIGHT FORWARDING** **Job Description:** A company specializing in comprehensive supply chain solutions (logistics, transportation, warehousing, and international trade) is seeking a **Bilingual Inside Sales** professional with experience in freight forwarding. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible schedule availability. **Responsibilities** * Support in preparing and sending quotations to clients and prospects. * Tracking of commercial opportunities and sales closure. * Customer service via telephone and email. * Lead registration and tracking in CRM (Cargowise preferred). * Generation of sales reports. * Coordination with the operations team for service tracking. * Development of new business with active client portfolio. * Management of the commercial team’s schedule and administrative tasks. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field (completed). * Minimum 2 years of experience in * **Inside Sales or sales within freight forwarding**. * Solid knowledge of **Incoterms and logistics services**. * Advanced English (conversational proficiency required). * Experience using CRM systems. * Strong follow-up, organizational, and results-oriented skills. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of **$18,000 to $20,000** * Meal vouchers (10%) * Savings fund (4%) * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements starting from the second year * Bi-weekly payroll * Indefinite-term employment contract Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
