We are currently seeking the following position: **Imports Coordinator** **Position Summary:** Provide operational support for domestic and international procurement of plastic resins, ensuring efficient, competitive, and regulation-compliant supply through end-to-end management of imports and exports across all Mexican borders (air, sea, and land), coordinated with suppliers, logistics agents, and customs authorities. Responsible for preventing logistical inefficiencies that cause demurrage, excessive storage, or operational stoppages. The Purchase-To-Pay (PTP) Coordinator role is critical within the organization, guaranteeing consistent and efficient material supply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute strategic procurement of plastic resins (HDPE, LDPE, PP, EVA, among others) from global suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and optimal commercial terms. * Coordinate the entire import process (from purchase order placement with the supplier through to final delivery, including customs clearance for imported purchases), managing all required documentation: SDS, certificates of analysis, instruction letters, and technical data sheets.
