




**Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and comprehensively supervise import processes. * Ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), current regulations, and foreign trade provisions. * Manage and control import documentation (customs entries, invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates, etc.). * Coordinate operations with customs agencies and freight forwarders. * Track maritime, air, and land shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. * Manage relationships with international suppliers, primarily in Asia and the United States. * Prepare and control payments to international suppliers. * Perform project costing and logistical expense analysis. **Requirements** * Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in import and foreign trade operations. * Solid knowledge of import processes, logistics, and customs regulations. * Proficiency in Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and regulations applicable to imports. * Experience working with customs agencies and freight forwarders. * Experience with suppliers in Asia and the United States. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
