Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide operational support and customer service, ensuring timely shipment tracking and effective communication throughout international logistics operations. We focus on delivering agile, reliable, and customized service. **Position Objective** Provide operational support and customer service, ensuring timely shipment tracking and clear, effective communication throughout the entire logistics process. **Responsibilities** * Track shipments (air, ocean, and land) from origin to delivery. * Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding the status of their cargo. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, pricing) to ensure smooth shipment flow. * Review and dispatch documentation (B/L, AWB, invoices, packing lists). * Update internal systems and manage information control. * Address and resolve incidents (delays, rollovers, documentation issues, etc.). * Support basic quotations and follow up on requests. * Prepare shipment status reports for customers. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related field. * No experience required, or minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (internships accepted). * Basic knowledge of international shipments (air/ocean/land). * Intermediate English (reading and writing proficiency primarily). * Excel proficiency (intermediate level preferred). Location: Polanco, CDMX Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: Mon\-Fri 9:00am \- 6:00pm.
