Tijuana, Baja California A leading foreign trade company is seeking a **Foreign Trade Certification Specialist**, to manage projects with companies requiring certification under the Comprehensive Certification Scheme of the General Foreign Trade Rules or C\-TPAT, including updates, notifications, maintenance, training delivery, and handling related inquiries. * **Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and Customs, International Business, Law, or related fields.** * 3 years of experience in the field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of and ability to interpret foreign trade regulations and supplementary legislation. * General understanding of foreign trade operations conducted by IMMEX companies. * General Foreign Trade Rules, C\-TPAT, Enterprise Certification Scheme under IVA and IEPS modalities, AEO, Goods Clearance Procedures for companies, and Guarantees. * Public speaking skills and ability to deliver training and workshops. * Strong writing skills, verbal fluency, planning and organizational abilities, customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and capacity to propose solutions. * Intermediate/advanced English (bilingual candidates will be given preference). * Willingness to travel. * Valid passport and visa. * Flexible working hours.
