Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff for a boutique barbershop to maintain immaculate and organized spaces, with emphasis on customer image and comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Referral program PROFILE FOR CLEANING STAFF AT BARDO'S BARBER: WE ARE SEEKING CLEANING STAFF FOR OUR BARBERSHOP BRANCH: WHO WE ARE: Bardos Barber México, with 6 years of experience, provides top-tier service and the highest quality in boutique barbering, hairdressing, and spa services — always prioritizing our customers’ image and comfort. We operate 6 branches located in: Roma, Parque España, Reforma, Polanco, Condesa, and Valle. Work Locations: * Parque España and Condesa branches (Possibility of rotation between branches, max. 5–15 minutes) REQUIREMENTS: * Age 20–45 years * Minimum 1–2 years of cleaning experience * Ability to work effectively in a team * Outstanding service attitude * Proactive skills and attitudes * Strong work commitment * Excellent personal presentation MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Cleaning floors, windows, mirrors, furniture, etc. * Cleaning inside and outside the branch (sweeping the sidewalk outside, cleaning windows and doors) * Cleaning storage area and spa room * Cleaning restrooms * Laundry services * Maintaining clean and organized spaces * Paid leave (only with HR approval) * Referral program * Birthday day off * Excellent work environment SALARY: $9,559.33 MXN monthly + BONUS $1,274 MXN Contract type: Indefinite-term contract with probation period. WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. SATURDAYS: 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Only during peak season, not fixed) Contact: Lic.
