**Due to the opening of the new PUNTA MÉDICA HOSPITAL** we invite you to join our team as a **Warehouse Assistant** The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, food items, and surgical materials. This position is essential to ensure an adequate supply flow and proper inventory management within the hospital. Responsibilities: 1\. Receiving and Storage: \- Receive supplies and materials entering the warehouse, verifying their quantity and quality. \- Classify and store products in designated locations, ensuring proper inventory rotation. 2\. Inventory Control: \- Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist in audits to keep records up to date. \- Report any discrepancies or damaged supplies to the Warehouse Supervisor. 3\. Supply Distribution: \- Prepare and deliver supply orders to various hospital departments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. \- Maintain organized and clean work areas to facilitate access to materials. 4\. Documentation and Records: \- Maintain records of inventory inflows and outflows, as well as any warehouse-related activities. \- Assist in preparing reports on inventory status and warehouse operations. Requirements: • Completed high school education; technical training in related fields will be valued. • Previous experience in warehouses or logistics areas, preferably in the healthcare sector. • Basic knowledge of inventory management and storage systems. • Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
