This position is located at the South branch and is ideal for individuals seeking career development in logistics and warehousing. We Offer the Following Benefits * Base salary ($9,580\) * 100% payroll employment model * Job stability Statutory Benefits \+ Enhanced Benefits: * 12 vacation days from the first year * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * IMSS enrollment * 13% savings fund contribution * Discounts on Kellogg's cereals * Uniforms * Life insurance * Medical expense insurance * Direct hiring by Kellanova / Weekly pay. * Schedule: Monday through Saturday A Sample of Your Responsibilities * Warehouse Management: Organize and manage the warehouse to ensure efficient service for our direct and indirect customers. * Product Rotation and Placement: Ensure products are placed and rotated according to standards. * Order Preparation and Verification: Prepare orders for local and out-of-town routes and verify return orders. * Inventory Control: Conduct inventory counts and ensure correct delivery of sale items to employees. * Security Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on thefts and robberies, and manage POP materials and security equipment usage. We Are Looking for Someone With * 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant in consumer goods companies. * Valid driver’s license A, B, or E. * Experience operating a hydraulic pallet jack and basic knowledge of Office packaging software. * Completed or incomplete high school diploma (Bachillerato). * Teamwork skills, strong communication ability, excellent presentation, and schedule flexibility.
