Position Summary: We are seeking an international trade professional with experience to audit files, manage import/export operations, and provide advisory services. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and audits digital foreign trade files. 2. Provides expert advisory services for foreign trade operations. 3. Tracks imports, exports, and trade promotion programs. **Requirements** * Gender: Unspecified * Age: 25 to 45 years old * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field * Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced English * Knowledge: Analytical and synthetic capability, customer service orientation, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, knowledge of general international trade regulations, ability to read customs declarations (pedimentos), familiarity with DataStage, knowledge of certificates of origin, international logistics operations * Experience: Minimum of 2 years **Responsibilities** * Audit digital foreign trade files * Maintain control over digital foreign trade import/export files * Review customs declarations (pedimentos) and other COMEX documents * Quote shipments and prototypes * Maintain control over digital foreign trade files * Provide advisory services to carry out foreign trade operations * Verify that origin documents are correct and comply with Mexican legislation * Process and monitor shipments under DHL and FEDEX accounts * Track trade promotion programs * Review and monitor the status of imports and exports Salary: $16,000.00 - $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
