Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and positive leader with strategic focus to manage the restaurant, increase sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Bonuses are awarded based on number of customers served, total sales volume, and event sales in the banquet hall. Requirements: Education: Incomplete bachelor’s degree (minimum fourth semester) or technical degree in gastronomy, food and beverage, administration, or related field. Proficiency in Excel; ability to read and interpret financial statements and numerical analysis. Experience: Experience loading trays (server), floor supervisor, or assistant unit manager. Experience in sales from other industries (telemarketing, catalog sales, general sales) is highly valued. Prior experience in other customer service areas is considered favorably. Knowledge of cross-selling techniques required. Skills: Adaptability, strategic thinking, leadership, results orientation, team collaboration, planning, and sales skills. Knowledge: Cost control, FIFO (First-In, First-Out), inventory and shrinkage management, performance metrics, results orientation, material and human resource management. Familiarity with audits and cash reconciliation procedures. Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables (highly important). Ability to develop plans and strategies, as the position includes a sales bonus. Goals: Increase in number of customers, measured against system data (customers per table). Sales growth target. Increase average ticket value generated by servers (raise beverage sales to 27% of target sales volume within one year; 30% in the first year). Ensure proper execution of sales and service processes in the dining area. Support supervision to ensure smooth restaurant operations and appropriate resolution of customer conflicts. Handle administrative tasks and sales tracking. Responsible for establishing partnerships, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales. Evaluation is based on number of customers entering the restaurant versus same month of previous year (customer volume bonus). Responsible for reporting and follow-up on customer satisfaction evaluations and databases maintained by hostesses. Training of hostesses.
