Key role in hospitality, building and enhancing the concept. **RESTAURANT MANAGER / HOST —** ***OMOTENASHI*** We are launching a boutique social omakase concept in Polanco. We are looking for the person who will operate the venue on a day-to-day basis. This is not a hostess position. It is not a basic operational role. It is someone who understands hospitality, possesses sound judgment, and wishes to grow within a group that develops premium boutique concepts. Responsibilities: * Full control of daily operations * Reservation management and customer flow * Coordination among kitchen, bar, and dining floor * Team supervision * Cash handling and inventory control * Ensuring a consistent experience at every table * Supporting concept development and continuous improvement This role is critical. If the venue succeeds, it is largely due to this position; in hospitality, the host is the person responsible for the diner's experience. Profile: * Conversational English required * Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or service-oriented concepts * Excellent presence and sound judgment * Ability to lead without friction * Genuine interest in hospitality and experience We seek someone who wants to stay, grow, and build something meaningful.
