Inspect products at various production stages to ensure quality and food safety compliance. 3. Evaluate standardized procedures. 4. Ensure proper operation of production machinery. 5. Receive raw materials, packaging, and supplies. 6. Assess the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics of products. 7. Monitor temperatures. 8. Release shipments. 9. Attend and participate in food safety team meetings and training courses under the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). 10. Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing required area-related information. 11. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices regulations and ensure personnel under supervision adhere to established quality and food safety guidelines. 12. Participate in meetings and training courses for maintaining and updating FSMS-related topics. 13. Prepare deviation reports during processes. 14.
