Job Summary: Support the supervisor in merchandise shipping and administrative activities, covering for the supervisor during absences and ensuring proper implementation of the 5S system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and shipping support to the supervisor. 2. Management of inventory systems and shipping orders. 3. Assistance with inventories, cycle counts, and reporting. · Support the supervisor in merchandise shipping and all administrative tasks related to the area. · When the supervisor is absent due to special circumstances, assume responsibility for covering and assisting with the supervisor’s duties. · Ensure that each location properly implements the 5S system. · Enter orders used to release finished goods material, updating its status to “ship”. · Manage multiple inventory/shipping order systems. · Create partial shipments for deliveries. · Assist the logistics supervisor with inventories and cycle counts. · Transport focus materials to their designated locations. · Analytical individual for reporting purposes. · Ensure paper recycling within the area. · Basic reading English proficiency. · Current clean criminal background check letter. · High school diploma completed. · Basic reading English proficiency. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
