**Overview** We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and common areas, in compliance with the company’s safety, service, and efficiency standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Age: 25 to 50 years old * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Plumbing * Electrical systems (mandatory) * Drywall installation * Welding * Refrigeration * Kitchen equipment maintenance * Proper handling of hand and power tools * Responsible attitude and commitment to safety and service **Responsibilities** * Daily inspection of all common areas to identify issues related to waste, mechanical failures, or malfunctions. * Repair plumbing, electrical, and security systems within units. * Assess the performance of household appliances located in units, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. * Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services, as needed. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, half-day, 9:00 am\-2:00 pm ***Join our team*** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
