Qualifications * \+4 years of experience as L2 Support Engineer or similar role * Experience with Application production support * Experience with SQL Server (queries, maintenance, troubleshooting) * Knowledge of SSIS ETL processes * Hands\-on experience with Azure services * Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems * Experience managing or supporting IIS ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST Hybrid role in any of our three locations: Guadalajara, CDMX or Monterrey Why Cognizant?
