**Metal-Mechanical Industry Company Seeking Candidates Due to Growth** **Network and Systems Manager** **Requirements:** Completed university studies in Computer Systems Engineering. * Advanced knowledge of wireless networks, computer systems, and user support. * Proficiency in SAE and ODOO is mandatory; experience configuring Zebra printers is also required. * Preferably, knowledge and hands-on experience with addendum coding for portals such as Liverpool, Amazon, Suburbia, Coppel, etc. **Job Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain communication networks. * Administer servers and information systems. * Provide technical support to internal and external users. * Conduct security and performance analysis of networks and systems; install, configure, and maintain servers. · Design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of WAN/WAN networks and implementation of structured cabling standards (including fiber optics). · Configuration of security software and firewalls. · Configuration of Office 365 for enterprises and corporate email. · Technical support, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment (computers, printers, etc.). · Installation and configuration of video surveillance, timekeeping, and attendance systems. · User support and incident resolution via service tickets (on-site and remote). · Development of IT policies and process documentation. · Creation of manuals and supporting materials. · Delivery of training sessions. · Generation of reports and summaries. · Configuration and registration of computing devices. · Conducting IT equipment inventories. · Periodic updates of the company website. · Maintenance of software and hardware. · Equipment audits.
