




Data Entry Clerk: Main Responsibilities * Accurately and efficiently enter data from physical or digital documents (e.g., invoices, forms, surveys, records) into computer systems or databases. * Verify the accuracy of entered information to prevent errors. * Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to the entered data. * Maintain confidentiality of handled data (especially personal or financial information). * Support database updates and maintenance. * Report issues with documents or recurring data entry errors. Skills * Technical skills: Proficient keyboarding, accurate data entry, basic computer literacy and familiarity with database systems. * Interpersonal skills: Clear communication for reporting issues, ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. * Transferable skills: Attention to detail, time management, patience, sustained concentration over extended periods, and adherence to deadlines.
