Position: Experienced Warehouse Assistant for Restaurants Location: Santa Fe, CDMX (Inside the Ibero University campus) Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM and 11:00 AM–9:00 PM (Rotating shifts) Salary: $12,000 MXN (take-home pay) Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a warehouse assistant in restaurants or industrial cafeterias. * Knowledge of handling and controlling perishable goods. * Application of the FIFO method and inventory control. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain order in refrigerated chambers and storage areas. * Education: Completed secondary school or high school. * Responsible, organized, and honest individual. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving, organizing, and supplying kitchen ingredients and supplies. * Managing warehouse inbound and outbound inventory movements. * Checking product expiration dates and conditions. * Assisting with physical inventory counts and stock reporting. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
