**Would you like to join the leading auto insurance company?** **We are looking for talent residing exclusively in CDMX!** **Quálitas insures vehicles, protects people** **Primary purpose:** Participate in training programs for adjusters by attending required courses to learn the specific job functions aligned with Quálitas’ productivity and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** Attend assigned training courses on time and as scheduled, actively engaging and participating to ensure proper comprehension of the material covered. Learn how to use the claims delineation guide and other tools through study and correct application of knowledge to ensure appropriate implementation. Successfully complete the training program according to guidelines and standards defined by the Sub-Directorate of Talent Acquisition and Development, as well as the Claims Services Directorate, to obtain the corresponding certification. Attend the field-based training program assigned by the Sub-Directorate of Talent Acquisition and Development, accompanying claims handlers during claims handling to acquire necessary skills for on-site (curb-side) claims management.
