Acuario Inbursa is seeking to fill the position of WELCOME ASSISTANT Requirements: * Customer service experience (face-to-face) * Experience interacting with children and senior adults * Experience in sales activities * Prior work experience in museums, shopping malls, or entertainment venues is a plus. * Minimum educational requirement: Completed high school (preparatory/bachelor's level). Responsibilities: * Set up and dismantle audiovisual equipment. * Clean the work area (glass surfaces, unifilas, posts, etc.). * Provide detailed information to customers regarding ticket prices, operating hours, and packages. * Conduct interactive games for children. * Organize and manage school groups and visitors. * Handle large groups of people. * Collaborate closely with the Ticketing and Welcome teams. What do we offer? * Gross monthly salary of $9,457\.20 plus commissions based on goal achievement * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one rotating weekday off. * 9-hour daily work shift, including a 1-hour lunch break. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Dining Services, IMSS, 20-day Christmas bonus, Profit-sharing payments) * Direct employment contract with the company.
