We are seeking candidates like you to join our team as a Surgical Technician. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Nursing, Medicine, or Health Sciences (graduated and licensed) 6 years of experience in medical devices focused on joint replacement Strong teaching ability Time management skills Knowledge: Surgical techniques focused on arthroscopy, joint replacement, osteosynthesis, and traumatology. Knowledge of Good Practices for Surgical Instrumentation Equipment Responsibilities: Assist in surgeries authorized by the General Management and/or Commercial Department. Participate regularly in training sessions directly with manufacturers to learn and convey proper surgical techniques. Train our network of distributors, physicians, clients, and Bioadvance México’s Surgical Technician team on surgical techniques. Inspect the overall condition of surgical instrumentation equipment—both individual components and full functionality—for newly acquired equipment, promptly reporting any observations.
